Edamame and lemon create a deliciously creamy dip with added zest. Using only a handful of ingredients, this can be whipped up in minutes!
Serves 1-2 / Total time: 15-20min
400g frozen edamame beans
2 garlic cloves
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the beans for 3 minutes. Drain.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process till smooth, adding more lemon if needed.
3. Garnish with more edamame beans, serve!
