A very popular vegetarian restaurant. They serve many vegan dishes, which are clearly marked, including veggie burgers, mushroom and ale pie, salad and stir fries.

Their salad selection includes:  an organic detox salad, with beetroot, carrot, fennel, sprouting beans, sultanas, coriander, seeds; a salad of courgette ribbons, fennel, orange, green olive, sprouts, parsley, lemon cumin dressing, and a salad mixed with butterbeans, chargrilled vegetables, baby spinach and vegan basil pesto.

They have a wonderful selection of vegan desserts such as raw chocolate cake with raspberries and cacao nibs, coconut panna cotta with salted caramel espresso sauce and a mixed summer berry pudding.

They also have a variety of freshly squeezed organic juices.

Organic healthy vegan food, served as a buffet and a-la-carte, as well as a separate raw menu and a juice bar. They take pride in serving healthy vegan food. Vantra Vitao’s mission statement states:

“100% Vegan to encourage compassionate living, help stop climate change, and to promote good health. Where all vegan diets are free from cholesterol, our specialist foods go a step further and avoid, not only animal products which are carcinogenic, mycotoxic and highly acidic, but also plant based produce such as corn products, peanuts and cashew nuts.”

They say they practice the principles of food combining in the preparation of all of our meals ensuring that you can easily select only those foods that work well together when digested.

They also have a choice of sugar free, raw gorgeous vegan deserts, with the selection changing daily. Some examples include: a chocolate orange tarte – Soft, smooth chocolate mousse with a cacao nib crust, served with a mixed berry compote; and a mango cheesecake – fresh mango blended with macadamia-ricotta, with a lemon and coconut crust, served with a mixed berry compote.

This pioneering raw company take delicious fare to markets across London.  They offer wonderful raw vegan salads plus roti/wraps and raw vegan cakes
 
Food stalls in Chelsea, Hammersmith and Old Spitalfields Market, Rainforest Creations prepares caribbean, tropical, raw and organic foods. They use raw and living fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, herbs, spices and grains. Their motto is ‘food is medicine’ and pride themselves on preparing foods that nourish the brain, body and spirit.
 
The menu typically has a ‘Rainforest Box’ which includes a selection of salads, such as Tropical Coleslaw, Red Quinoa and Angel Kale and Avocado. They have a Caribbean Roti Wrap, which includes wholewheat corn, split lentils, sprouted hummus and salad. For desserts, they have nectar cakes that are wheat free, sugar free and dairy free, and include flavours such as mango and banana and chocolate.

WILD FOOD CAFE

Mostly raw cafe. Menu includes living food burger, falafel,  salads, hot soups and desserts. Vegan items clearly labelled. Expect items such as a wild cult sandwich with kale chips, wild masala dosa and white chocolate tart with caramel brittle.

They also serve organic beer and cider, as well as organic fresh juices and smoothies.

TIBITS

Tibits provides a daily buffet with a range of tasty vegetarian and vegan salads and hot dishes. For instance, the dishes could be: a detox crunch salad, thai tofu salad, wakame noodle salad, sweet potato-papaya curry and Louisiana chilli with avocado. All vegan items are labeled. They have at least 2 vegan desserts, think vegan sticky toffee pudding and vegan mousse! Vegan lager, cider and wine available.
 
On Tuesdays, the whole buffet is Vegan! The restaurant looks wonderful, with a very clean and modern design. This place is very renowned and popular – even Roger Federer has visited!
